William Wallace
Does it take you a long time?
To realize you screwed up?
Is there a special- dark green alleyway
Or a spot in the shade where you think best,-
Strictly rethink what’s- the worst in your bones
Just to pity your dismal alone?
Stretched and forgotten?
Dropped cold by the ones who once loved you,
Straight trapped and cornered.
And nobody hears you
There’s no one to scream to.
Well this is the way that I’m feeling,
Drawn out and quartered.
Make me sit down and write this?
Force me to bleed- all these sinister things
From my black jealous veins, just spill it all out-
Pace down the hall at- a lonely snail’s rate.
Can I have just a short break?
Stretched and forgotten?
Dropped cold by the ones who once loved you,
Straight trapped and cornered.
And nobody hears you
There’s no one to scream to.
Well this is the way that I’m feeling,
Drawn out and quartered.
Do I revolve around you?
If you are do- I even have a choice?
If I am is my voice making you it?-
I swear I’ll make you quit- turning my head,
While I’m lying here.
Stretched and forgotten?
Dropped cold by the ones who once loved you,
Straight trapped and cornered.
And nobody hears you
There’s no one to scream to.
Well this is the way that I’m feeling,
Drawn out and quartered.
