Releasing An Entire Cave
Washing joy right out of me.
Press me sinking in my seat.
Wrenching like a falling tree, down.
Cracking bones and shifting weight.
Abience of wrath and hate.
Abandonment may I please trade? Now?
Orphans come and know my face.
What's done to them is your embrace.
What will empty spaces place? And how?
Softly chewing on my lungs.
Staring at me like a gun.
Abandonment have I become. Coward!
Your cave was cool, was dank and wet,
and my mushrooms in your head kept.
Your cave was cool, was dank and wet,
and my mushrooms in your head kept.
Your cave was cool, was dank and wet,
and my mushrooms in your head kept
you spinning in my arms, we'll surely fall.
Spitter vipers come to fear,
whispers from forked tongue to hear.
Detaching from me crystal clear glass.
Sever ties and ligaments.
Broke or dull you're sharp like splints,
dashed to bits, my wrists you slit last.
Slay your secret, slaughter me.
Nostalgic childhood pets to keep.
A teddybear is put to sleep. Fast.
Turning tables burned away.
No more games by speech will stay.
All is farther than I, say, grasp.
